Family Law

Divorce and Dissolution

We work closely with men and women throughout the divorce process (also known as marriage dissolution). Our attorneys help people file for divorce, file a motion to modify a divorce decree, or file documents to enforce a final divorce decree. We handle all matters related to a divorce, including child custody, visitation, child support, alimony or spousal maintenance, and the equitable division of marital property.

As divorce attorneys, we will aggressively pursue our family law clients' goals. In contested divorces, we will negotiate with the other party and attempt to agree on a settlement that is tailored to our clients' goals. If the negotiated settlement is unsatisfactory to our clients and the parties cannot come to an agreement, we will enforce clients' rights under Missouri law at trial.

We also represent clients in non-contested divorces. We will provide the same knowledge and service as in contested divorces, and we will do so at a substantially lower rate than our rate for contested divorces. Call us to learn about our non-contested divorce rate.

Affordable Services

If you think you cannot afford a divorce attorney, we can help. The firm charges reasonable fees with for all services, maintains affordable retainers, and will set up payment plans when appropriate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
